Provided by CeLani Skin & Wellness, each week will share the benefits of improved physical and mental well-being and experience available services to accomplish this.
Dates: November 1, 8, 15, & 22 from 6-8pm
Week 1: Skincare discussion with a lesson on the benefits of developing a mini-facial ritual
Week 2: Reiki discussion and techniques that can be practiced at home to improve energy balance
Week 3: Womb wellness discussion followed by womb yoga practice
Week 4: Discussion on women's mental health. We will create a vision board as we reflect upon and review previous lessons. Together, we will develop a plan for implementing wellness in our daily lives, which is especially important as we approach the holiday season and the potential for seasonal depression.
