Owner, Brittney Rodriguez, has been a licensed beauty professional for over 10 years. While training students at the Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Milwaukee, WI, Brittney was introduced to products made of the best natural ingredients and experienced services derived from ancient holistic modalities. Almost two years after the birth of her youngest daughter Mercedes, and four years after the birth of her oldest daughter Leilani, Brittney discovered she had been experiencing Postpartum Depression. She found her way back to holistic modalities such as Reiki, but instead of teaching them she was now on the receiving end and the results were nothing short of healing. It was at this point that Brittney understood  this was the missing piece to traditional skincare business.  As the 2023 Grand Prize Winner of the RevUp MKE Competition, Brittney discussed how her daughters inspired both the name and the expansion of her business, along with her focus on improving mental health throughout Milwaukee communities. She is dedicated to  providing services to those in need and is continuing to build meaningful partnerships with businesses whose missions align.

What is your approach to your services and trauma informed care?

The Motto of CeLani Skin and Wellness is "Clear Skin, Clear Mind" The goal is to not only look good on the outside but to feel good on the inside as well. This begins with mental health awareness in our communities and providing services to those who are in need.
