SKY Schools Milwaukee (SKY) is a breathwork, social emotional learning (SEL), and wellness program for people of all ages. We are a program of the International Association of Human Values which offers many healing and trauma relief programs so that humans everywhere can flourish. SKY Schools offers research driven, evidence-based practices that get results in schools and communities. 

Key outcomes for adults:

1) deeper sleep, 2) reduced anxiety and depression 3) increased social connection.

Key outcomes for students:

1) increased sense of confidence and belonging, 2) increased academic performance, 3) decrease in violence and disruption.

One key factor for success that we have learned is that SKY is most successful when everyone is involved: parents / family members, teachers, staff and the entire school community. SKY offers free monthly Breathwork sessions for the SWIM and C27 communities. Come and learn what SKY can do for you!
